Went in looking at vehicles. Dean was amazing to deal with. Talked about what I needed in a vehicle and absolutely listened to my concerns. No pressure sales at all!! Haven't purchased yet but will definitely be going back next week to talk numbers.

Sam Johnson was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable. He took the time to see exactly what we wanted and got us into the different option vehicles immediately. No messing around. He also ensured our vehicle got in for the protection package. When it hadn't been booked. He got it booked in for us. We will enjoy our new Ram Rebel GT for years to come. I Received a Letter from St Albert Dodge. Stating that they haves't seen me for my scheduled maintenance. They want to "assure that I am happy with their service(s) that I received from their dealership". I AM NOT. I Had brought my brand new truck (DODGE RAM WARLOCK EDDITION). In for a service call. the first oil change ever. that my truck had been given. I got my truck back. then noticed the next day that there was diff Fluid under where my truck was parked. (Front Diff) Inspecting further, I Noticed it was in fact from my truck. My truck came with Skid Plates covering everything underneath. There is only room to get a Socket on the Plug under my diff. I Had only driven on the Highway after picking my truck up from the dealership. When I brought it back to them for them to fix. Certain that warranty would cover it. Since it had less than 10,000 Km on my truck. they said that they would not cover it. They wouldn't warranty it. so after purchasing a $70,000.00 Truck from them Off the show room. They said that even no there was no evidence of it but something "Could have mysteriously jumped up off the road fount its way through the hole in the skid plate. Struck my Front Diff Plug. Hard enough to put a hairline crack in my Front Diff. So, Since they do not treat their customers good enough to replace a Front Diff under warranty. for something that could not be my fault. As well as me paying for a New Diff after purchasing a Brand new truck from St Albert Dodge.. I Will not be taking my Truck in there for Service. However. Leduc Dodge Chrysler. They have treated me exceptional. So you know.
