I have bought 4 vehicle's from St.Albert dodge. My last purchase was in December 2023. My wife and I went in to get a mini van, I was very open and honest with the salesmen SAM. I said we are serious buyers and not there to blow smoke. After agreeing on a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica with 45,000 km and being approved we left. The next day my wife went to pick up the vehicle and after loading car seats and other items into the new Pacifica and got ready to drive home she noticed the odometer said 65,000 km she was in shambles as this is not what we agreed upon. The one manager was good and offered to get the correct vehicle or some cash back and we were okay with this. We thought we were taken care of but little did we know we were not given a spare key (also promised) and when we called for that and our free detail SAM our salesman dodged our calls and absolutely refused to speak to me on the phone and would only text my wife with fake promises. 2 months later after numerous calls and texts with managers they finally held up their part of the deal. We will never use this dealership again and I would not recommend SAM to anyone. Once he got our money he could care less about following through with customer service! 1 star for this dealership. Great products horrible customer service once they get your $$$! STAY AWAY!!

I had never been to St.Albert Dodge before and I spotted a Jeep I was interested in on their website. I called Alan the owner and he told me to come on in and see the car. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived and ready for the test drive. I bought it on the spot that day. It was love at first sight. Alan also gave me a great price on a trade-in and I could not be happier with the experience. I also was offered a high level of customer service from the sales associate Shannon Stuht. He went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns I had. He explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Shannon’s professionalism and friendly demeanour made the entire process very enjoyable. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! The finance manager Daylan explained everything with great detail and he took the time to review and answer any questions I had. This was a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience! 47STARS ⭐️

If you want to buy a new Ram or Jeep, St. Albert Dodge is where to do it! I dealt with Salesmen Nick Ko and Sales Manager Clint Plante. If you want a professional sales experience these are the guys to deal with. No screwing around, these guys will get you what you want at a reasonable price! They will do whatever they can to make you feel like you are making to best decision possible when buying your next vehicle. I truly believe Nick will put in the maximum effort to make sure you have the best sales experience possible; very trustworthy person. Thanks Nick I will definitely get my next one from you again!

Had a great experience with this place. Recently bought a used 2016 Dodge Caravan and had Adrian as our salesman. Everyone was very friendly and they even let us bring our 4 dogs inside. Definitely recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I’ve received from Shannon on multiple occasions! He is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to care about taking care of myself and my car needs in the smoothest way possible! I’ll never go to anyone or anywhere else as he has found me the best deals possible time and time again.
