This is absolutely the place to come if you want to get your self set up with a great investment for your self or the family there extremely fast and efficient when you come here only ask for Dwight this guy will get you set up and out the door with what you want/need guarantee Dwight is the reason I am even leaving a review of this caliber he has met all my expectations and wish the same experience for everyone ask for DWIGHT!

I bought a new Ram from St. Albert Dodge. I lt was truly a 5 star experience. Shane was my salesman, he was professional, personable and provided me with a no bull (word I can’t say on google) sales experience. They worked a great deal on my new truck and TJ worked a great value on my trade. Shane kept in contact with me and insured the truck was ready for delivery on time. Daylan in finance was amazing to deal with, again he was personable and professional. Outlined everything and made the process smooth and fast. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was great to deal with. No pressure, no upselling sales tactics. I have never had a experience like this at a dealership where people just come up and say “hey how are you today” I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see Shane and the team. They do not disappoint.

Worst experience ever. Bought dodge promaster 2500 from them 3 months ago. After 3 weeks the sliding door wouldn’t shut so i had to send my van for repairs which took 1-2 weeks . Then got it back and drove it for couple weeks and transmission stopped working. Sent it for repair which took another month. So basically you buy a used vehicle from them which will be so perfect according to inspections but it will give you hard time. And never forget to spend another $2000-3000 on warranty on top of vehicles price. Cuz it will save you from spending all your savings cuz these vehicles are trash. What i loose. I lost my trust in this vehicle. I am jus scared that now my warranty is gone and engine light is still on so i must get ready to pay for another damage. If i want extended warranty i have to pay another $1000 or 2 I lost one of my projects worth $17000 cuz i did not have my work van. Be aware if anyone want to ask about my experience comment below i will personally call you. Also i am gonna talk to my circle about this . And will not forget to post on my tiktok account. My wife and I were on the hunt for a pre-owned truck and St. Albert Dodge had the vehicle we were looking for, something to tow an RV. The truck had all the features and price we were hoping for. From the coffee to the test drive to the knowledge of the vehicle, Brayden was well dressed, very professional, very cheerful, personable and did not pressure us at all. Evan was very approachable, also very professional. We exchanged many a story and a laugh about the vehicle, pets, and travelling. They ensured the truck was super clean when we picked it up, and all requirement boxes were checked. We highly recommend St. Albert Dodge to anyone looking for vehicle. As much of a pain purchasing a vehicle is, we can honestly say St. Albert Dodge is a top-notched dealership and was a real pleasure to deal with, from the beginning to the end.
