I just purchased my second Jeep from this dealership. I upgraded from a Jeep Cherokee to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I dealt with TJ and Shane. Both were really great and made the purchase very easy for me!! Everything was thoroughly explained. The whole experience was super simple for me. I love my new Jeep and would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to go here!!

Extremely poor customer service. When I got to St. Albert Dodge Friday (Jan. 12/24 morning, I was told that I would have to leave my Jeep there all day, when I told them that I wasn’t told this when I booked the appointment. They told me that they would have to put the batteries on a charger to fully charge it in order to test them and that would take several hours. When I told them to just cancel my appointment and that I would go else where, it suddenly changed from "I would have to leave it all day" to "it could only take a couple hours". I know they said that to get me to leave it, but then later would have said oh, sorry it's taking longer than we hopped, it won't be ready until the end of the day. When I booked this appointment No one told me that I would have to leave my Jeep there all day, had I of been told that I would have booked it for another day, I certainly would not have wasted my time and gas driving all the way out there from downtown Edmonton (16km one way) just to be told that I have to either a) leave it there all day or b) wait there all day, they did offer to give me a ride home, but that doesn’t change the fact that I have other things to do and can’t do them with out a vehicle. When I booked the appointment I was very clear with exactly what the problem was, this should have been a very quick and simple issue to fix, it’s the Batteries. Woke up Thursday Jan. 11/24 to a dead battery, got it boosted and drove it for 45 minutes, got home shut it off, then put it in acc and watched the voltage drop from 12.6 to 11.5 with in 30 seconds, tried to start it and nope, wouldn’t even attempt to start, dead battery. Driving it for 45 minutes should have been more than enough to charge the battery at least enough to shut it off and restart it with in 2 minutes. I also explained that since the day I bought this Jeep that the start/stop didn’t work, it would always say Start/Stop not available while Battery is charging, from googling and reading about others (with new Jeeps) that had the same issue with the Start/Stop and how it was the aux battery and or the main battery, then add in the dead battery issue I had and that it wouldn’t take a charge, to me that confirms it’s the battery(s), alternator has to be fine otherwise when I had the Jeep boosted it would have died as soon as I took the booster cable off. When I left there I went home and emailed Brad McCorry (General Manager) and Chris Boucher (Service Manager), explained what happened and told them that a person would think after buying 2 new Jeep Wranglers with in 4 months that they would get better customer service than this and because of this to remove me from their system. The reply I got from Chris Boucher after emailing a second time was "Yes we have read the email and will have you fully removed from our system.". I guess after sales customer service isn't important to them. Not only did I get Extremely poor customer service, I didn't even get an apology for the Extremely Poor Customer Service or for wasting my time and gas bringing this Jeep out there, when I could have just went to CrossTown who is a lot closer (5km from me), but nope, I had to be a loyal customer, my mistake, but it won't happen again with this Joke of a dealership.

I was contacted earlier in the week by Shannon Stuht after I had sent my info in. I had seen one of his videos he posted online and figured I’d see what the deal was. He called me found out what I wanted, there was no pressure to move to something else and he even came back to me with the type of ram I wanted but with more bells and whistles for an unbeatable price. They helped me trade my 300s, Evan the finance manager was great to deal with, bought my fiancé and I Starbucks as we spent a good while there going over all the paperwork and what have you. Made sure we knew everything and had no questions. Everyone there was super friendly, super nice and I can honestly say St.Albert Dodge will be my place to buy and service any car/truck I have.

Absolute trash dealership and absolute horrible service department, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE!! 0 quality control, my mother brought her 2023 grand Cherokee in for an oil change and they gave it back with no oil in it, she got a block away and the oil pressure light came on… not to mention it’s -45 outside . Long story short St. Albert dodge is full of incompetent people and they owe us a new driveway . How can you call your self an automotive technician if you can’t even properly do an oil change ? It’s actually mind blowing. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Been dealing with St Albert Dodge and specifically Jason Fredericks for well over 4-5 years now . Always a quick and painless process.. I've dealt with many stores in the past and many sales individuals.. Jason at st Albert dodge blows them out the water. And when it comes to pricing, I'd have to battle with other dealerships for days to get the prices St Albert gives me in 20 minutes. I no longer need shop around, I know I'm in good hands 11/10
