Pack of scum that hide details on car fax so when you go to sell the vehicle 3 years later there is an outstanding lean from a previous owner making it impossible to sell. Don't trust them they will lie through their teeth to maker a sale and leave you high and dry after. I wish I could give them NO stars.

At 10:00am this morning, Thursday January 11th, 2024, we were informed that there was a lien on the vehicle you had purchased from St. Albert Dodge in December of 2021. After doing our due diligence we were able to find out at 1:00pm that the lender was at fault, and they were quick to correct the problem for you. In that time, 3 hours, you had phoned in and verbally assaulted 3 of our employees. We not only dealt with you professionally, but we also fixed your problem that was caused by the lender. We are not a pack of scum, St. Albert Dodge is a great dealership that takes care of their customers. Thank you.

I bought a dodge over 5 years ago! I have traded the vehicle 4 years ago and they will NOT STOP calling me with spam spam spam. They email,call, leave me texts(ive blocked all and more keep coming). This is beyond ridiculous. I WILL NEVER buy from you ever again due to the disgusting amount of spam. I have told over 5 people calling me that I will leave a bad review if they continue and here it is. DO not buy from these people who do not take no for an answer. Buy from any other dealer besides Derrick and St. Albert dodge.

Terrible service, I bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic from them 3 years ago. I brought it in for a diagnosis on the CV axle, they said that they didn’t take the front differential apart but now my truck won’t shift in and out of 4 wheel drive. It sounds like a prop plane when I drove it off the lot.

I’ve been dealing with St Albert dodge for close to 10 years from cars to trucks to Suvs you name it. In the recent years I’ve dealt with Monica in service who was great ! Until she moved up, replaced with service advisor Richard things have been awesome ! We had a minor misunderstanding a few days ago on some work that wasn’t done on my truck, Richard acknowledged the problem and had it taken care of in a very professional and timely manner Thank you!
