These guys are awesome!!! Can’t say enough about the people that work here! Super friendly and will bend over backward to find you exactly what you want. They worked with us through the whole buying experience and came up with a much better deal than we considered possible. Shannon is an excellent sales rep who worked tirelessly to find us exactly what we were looking for, and the Finance Team, Evan and Dylan, were phenomenal! Thank you Shannon and the whole team at St Albert Dodge! We will definitely be recommending you to all our friends!

I have purchased many vehicles in my day. Many of these experiences left me feeling like I needed a bath! Not the case with my purchase yesterday at St. Albert Dodge. Recommended by many friends/colleges, I went to window shop, not expecting to purchase right away. Shannon Stuht change that. His resilience to find me the truck that spoke to me, and within my budget is commendable to say the least. Yesterday was the most enjoyable/seamless vehicle purchase I have had. I would recommend this dealership/Shannon to my kids.

I bought my first ever new Dodge Ram truck from Dwight Kohl. I have to say the buying experience was quite impressive and he listened to exactly what kinda Truck I wanted and what features I wanted in a new Truck and found me one. He did his job amazingly and when it comes time to buy my 2500 I’ll be buying off of Dwight. I will be recommending my friends to buy their automobiles from him. Keep up the great work Dwight and Evan.

Our experience with St. Albert dodge started out great. Chad was amazing he showed us a few grand cherokees we were interested in trying. He then showed us 4 wranglers. He was very accommodating to our needs and what we wanted. We told him that we were going to look at a few more vehicles at other locations. When we got to one location we were told that St. Albert dodge was very pushy on their sales we told that salesman that we have not experienced that with Chad. We left that dealer and went back to st Albert dodge. Chad was busy so in walks Clint this is when our experience changed. Clint was pushy and we felt like we were being pressured into this sale. We agreed to purchase the 2024 wrangler. We then were put in an office with Ciprian. He went through things we were approved for at an extra cost to us. We initially didn’t want any of the EXTRA COST STUFF as this vehicle was already at a very high cost to us. Ciprian looked at us like we were stupid for not wanting all this then say “ I am not doing this for me I am doing this for you” pretty sure he gets a commission on the stuff he sells to us. So you can say we were we were not impressed with him!!. We agreed on the extended warranty at an extra cost of over $3000 on top of the price of the wrangler. About 2 weeks later we had the Jeep booked in to get the things that were promised to us I noticed that floor mats were not included in this work but Clint said he would throw those in with the purchase. I called them and explained to the receptionist and she said a sales man would call me. I never did get that call so when we got the call our vehicle was ready we went to pick it up I again told the receptionist about the floor mats she told me that Clint was told about this so I said I would like to talk to him about this. Some one went to tell Clint we were here to talk to him Clint was busy at the time so my son and I waited. During this time Clint made eye contact with my son and I a few times. When Clint was finished with the customer he came out walked past us then came back and walked past us again made eye contact with me walked into his office sat down and started talking with co workers!!!. My son and I waited and it became clear he didn’t want to talk to us. So we purchased the floor mats that Clint said he would throw in and left. I texted Chad who no longer works there and told him the situation and I wanted to wish him well at his new position at another dealership he offered to buy the floor mats for us with his own money and was very apologetic about our experience at st albert dodge. It’s a shame that it started out great with Chad my wife and I really liked him then went down hill after he was out on this deal. Chad is a prime example of how a salesman should be. My wife and I never once felt pressured with him. UPDATE!! I talked to Jay who is a sales manager who was amazing to deal with, he apologized for the situation with the floor mats and we were able to get it all sorted out. I am very happy with how Jay approached the situation at hand.

I have been to St. Albert dodge many times over the years, for routine service, purchasing parts, repairs and recalls. Usually it is a pretty good experience with no issues. I brought my truck in for a recall, and when a part broke during the repair, I was provided a loaner truck free of charge for a week while the part was being shipped in, that was very convenient, and overall a very positive experience. I did have one bad experience with them that left a very bad taste in my mouth. In summer 2022 my transmission went out of ratio after a different shop made a mistake doing a service on it. I brought it to this dealership, they confirmed the issue and the tech proceeded to tell me that I should ONLY use them for transmission and driveline issues as they are the ONLY ones who really know what they're doing with the ZF transmissions. Not a huge deal, I'm sure they are quite competent, and after trusting a different shop and having poor results, I could see the value in that. HOWEVER, when it came time to talk price I was absolutely shocked. If I recall correctly they quoted me $8000 for the unit with the transmission core charge taken off, and all in $10,000-$12,000 for a transmission, fluid, re-learn and labor. This was a bit steep, so I started shopping around a bit. I got several quotes from various different transmission and driveline shops around the city and the prices varied. One shop quoted me $4000 for a custom rebuild, another shop quoted me $7000 for a new unit and install, and the shop I ended up going to charged me $6000 +/- for a brand new stock transmission with fluid and install. Moving forward I will only be getting manufacturer recalls done by this dealership. Everyone has got to make money whether it is through parts markups, labor & supplies etc, but that markup on the part is a bit much in my opinion.
