We've never been frustrated at a salesperson as we have with Max Kahler. If we could rate him 0 stars we would. He sold us a used van on September 9, 2023. Everything went smoothly until after the sale. The customer service we received from Max went downhill after the purchase. Before we purchase the vehicle, we pointed out issues that we would like to get fixed before picking up the vehicle. The rear AC wasn't blowing cold air, we would like to get the error on the running board deleted because the van was constantly beeping when the sliding door was open, the rear heater wasn't blowing air at all, it needs to get thoroughly detailed and some of the leftover wrap removed. Max promised us to get those things looked at and fixed. Max didn't even update us during this time, we had to keep emailing him to get updates. Finally, on September 19 Max told us the van is ready for pickup and the repairs were fixed and that HE CHECKED THEM HIMSELF. When we went to pick up the vehicle on September 20, the rear heater wasn't blowing air at all, the van looked like it wasn't cleaned properly(the vents were so dusty and the upholstery was greasy, there was a tear on one of the seats), the rear AC still wasn't blowing cold air and the door beeping was still there. Max then PROMISED again that he will RECTIFY those issues. We got so frustrated with this because we gave them PLENTY of time to fix those and they still weren't fixed properly. Why can't they just DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME?!! We left the vehicle with them for another week and a half. Max then told us on October 5th that the vehicle is ready for pickup. We went there expecting ALL the issues were fixed. Guess what? The REAR heater still wasn't working. IT WAS NOT BLOWING ANY AIR AT ALL and the van was still dusty and dirty. We then told Max about the heater and he said he'll bring it to the back to talk to the mechanic, about 5-10 minutes later he came out and told us that they checked everything and that the heater is working just very FAINT and he really couldn't do anything about it. I cannot believe he would just let us take the vehicle without fixing the issue. It's a 12 passenger vehicle in ALBERTA, where winters are cold and you honestly expect us and you to not do anything about it. We then told him we will go through a lawyer and that's when he called the Sales Manager which then called Eric from the service dept. We want to say thank you to Eric Quach, who is the only one who actually listened to our concerns and did something about it right away. Eric told us the Service Manager would look at it in the morning. If it wasn't for us telling you we'll take this matter to a lawyer, you wouldn't help us or call someone higher up or who actually knows what they are talking about? Seriously? On Oct 6, the service manager, Chris Boucher, emailed us and said they diagnosed it and that they are replacing the full rear heater box and that it was a 6 hour job. On October 10th, we emailed Chris about the status of the vehicle and he said he gave the keys to Max at 4 pm. Max never did call us to inform us that the vehicle was ready. When we picked up the vehicle on the evening of October 10th, finally everything was working properly. The rear heater was BLOWING HOT AIR, IT WASN'T FAINT AT ALL; that proved to us that it was in fact needing repair. Max do your job, know the cars you're selling. You're really good with following up on sales but when it comes to customer satisfaction and service AFTER THE SALE, you really did a poor job. We feel bad for other uninformed customers that wouldn't know what to do when a dealership or a salesperson just says WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT and are just forced to take the car with issues. You probably just thought we're dumb enough to just take the vehicle as it was. We will never refer people to buy vehicles from Max. It took you a MONTH for us to pick up the vehicle after signing the papers which shouldn't have taken that long even though there were repairs. Sincerely, Robbie and Trisha (unhappy customers)

My experience with St. Albert Dodge was phenomenal! Was treated with respect and patience while we tried to find the perfect fit for my needs. Would %100 percent recommend Chad. He is great at what he does and was super helpful. Treats you like a friend instead of just another client. 10/10

Worked on purchasing a vehicle with John and max, professional sales team and easy going. Accommodated me when visiting the dealership from out of town. Not your typical pushy sales team like most other dealerships like the go autos. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership. They will build a vehicle for you if you have certain customized items in mind with a quick turnaround.

Brought my car in for a detail with Vonny and I couldn't even recognize it when I picked it up. It looked like brand new again and made me not wanna sell it, but with the help of Brayden, Cory and Ciprian I got into a truck with everything how I wanted it and couldn't be happier. The St Albert Dodge team is amazing and I would highly recommend them for vehicle needs.

Took my trailhawk in as the usb ports had stopped working and my usual mechanic couldn’t figure it out. Sammy was my original service tech and got replacement parts ordered and worked around my ridiculous work schedule (24 on, 6 off) to get me in. Dee took wonderful care of all my needs and got me a ride home and back so I wouldn’t have to stay at the dealership waiting even though it only took an hour and some for them to fix everything. Prompt service makes for great service!
