Brought my jeep in for warranty repairs. I have to say, that was by far the best service I have ever had by miles. Dee in service, was super helpful and very communicative as well. She was able to arrange transport for me, and kept me informed throughout the process. Shout out to the techs who worked on the vehicle as well, and I appreciate the car wash they did after. I really appreciate all that was done and how seemless the whole process was. 11/10

My husband and I went to St. Albert Dodge as a joy ride, to see what they had and talk about “what if?” And “I wish”. We purchased a vehicle not long ago from another dealership that we were unhappy with, along with an interest rate and undisclosed issues that could kill.. going in we did not intend on sitting down with anyone, nor did we want the disappointment. John Fraser came out to us, offered to look things over and see what he could do. Hesitantly we agreed, but I’m so glad we did! John went above and beyond any of my expectations, he was straightforward, informative and personable. He made us feel like real people instead of a sale. He promised to do everything he could, within a day, my interest rate was cut in half, was put with a reputable bank and he got my family into a vehicle that will actually work for us and our life! If not for him, we would still be stuck where we are, with what we had. I’m so grateful to have taken that joyride and for John going out on a limb for us… we will definitely be back for future purchases :) Ashley Kivell*

JD and Evan were both a breeze to deal with. When I say it was a zero pressure deal. I mean literally zero pressure. Just knowledgeable discussion in regards to the vehicles and products offered. Anyone isn’t be market looking for a vehicle I’d highly recommend these guys any day of the week. And that’s coming from a blue oval fan.

Great place to get a vehicle! Called in was set up with a salesman named Max and told him what we were looking for in a truck and that we were 20 minutes out. By the time my family of 6 had arrived he had a beautiful blue truck sitting out front that fit the budget and had everything we had asked for. To make it even easier I told Max I was taking my boys back to school shopping and gave him what he needed for paperwork and went on our way. By the end of the day we had been matched up with Evan the finance manager. He worked his magic and by 6pm the same day with minimal time at the dealership my lovely lady had bought her first truck and we were on our way home with it. Huge thanks to Max and Evan and every other employee at the dealership that put in the extra effort playing with our four boys, making sure they each had a toy car to play with and just making us feel comfortable during the purchasing process. They have definitely made life long customers with our family. Thanks again St. Albert Dodge Sylvia & Garrett

My wife and I were looking to get a truck to make home reno a bit easier to accomplish so we stopped into St Albert Dodge. After looking around Shannon Stuht came out and spoke to us. After determining what we were looking for he found something that fit our budget and was beyond our expectation for features. Shannon did a fantastic job helping us out and in fact everyone that we interacted with at St Albert Dodge were friendly and very helpful. This will be our first stop for our next vehicle.
