Wife brought our van in for a door actuator problem that was supposed to be under extended warranty but they told her it wasn't even know south town dodge said it was. This place charged her a $200 diagnostic fee for a problem that is common and there is r3calls and bulletins on. In this economy a known problem should not have this kind of fee attached it's completely unreasonable.

Awesome place to buy a vehicle! Max was awesome to deal with and helped me get into my new 2023 Ram 1500!! Definitely recommend going to St Albert dodge and seeing Max if you’re buying a new vehicle.

I was in the market for a specific diesel dually work truck, Max Kahler went out of his to make the deal with me, so far as finding running boards I wanted and installed last minute!! I'm impressed with the service and the after sale care, thanks again and would definitely shop for our next purchase here!

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with dealing a sales person, I was shopping online for a truck and had the very unpleasant experience dealing with max kahler. I was just messaging to find out some info on the truck. The moment I told him this truck won’t work for me he got super argumentative and petty. Personally I’ll never set foot in this dealership after dealing with him. Even after I left the chat he contacted me back just to prove his point. Very unprofessional
