I had the best experience at St.Albert Dodge. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Jonathan, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and got it right on the first try. He wasn’t pushy or forceful. The manager TJ, came over to shake our hands and encouraged us to reach out even if we found something somewhere else, so that they could help us if they could. When I came in again to get my tires swapped, my youngest child and I were treated like VIPs. I definitely recommend coming here and giving these folks a shot. We got small town service and treated fairly. Very happy with everything.

In my 8 years working as a delivery driver, I have never seen this greedy people. This dealership order a HUGE amount of food every week for their employees. Roughly $600 worth of food. They don't tip the restaurant staff nor the delivery drivers. I completely understand tipping is an option. But when it's coming from a big successful dealership it's an absolute disappointment. Even though it was delivered hot and on time. It's really nice to show respect and appreciation for the people making and delivering your food in the highest standard despite this rough winter. Even with kind words. Not just money. For the safety of all restaurant's staff and delivery drivers this review will stay anonymous. Be kind and spread love.

The Alberta advantage is alive and well. This week I booked my truck in for an O2 sensor repair and upon arrival I stood in the service reception area being ignored for over 5 minutes. Once my service advisor had arrived, she was friendly but then they drove my truck away only to bring it back 10 minutes later saying their tool had broke and they didn’t have enough time to get the job done. Appointment was at 2pm and the book time for these I was told was about 1-1.5 hours? I realize sometimes dirty jobs show up but cherry picking gravy work is fine but sometimes the rough ones come too. This while stacked in the fact that u had to take the afternoon off of work only to be turned around saying they’ll try another time was not only disappointing but added to the straw on the camels back due to the extreme whether. This truck has been a problem for the entire week and they couldn’t be bothered to give a Courtesy call before wasting my time ? The only reason I’m even willing to give a 1 star is because of the showroom and free coffee. I guess this is why the backyard mechanics is alive and well.

What started as a bad experience, turned to a great experience. I was having a problem with the battery in my 22 Jeep Wrangler, booked an appointment and brought it in the next day . When I got there I was told I would have to leave it there all day, I couldn't do that as I had other appointments later that day, I told them I wasn't told I would have to leave it all day and to cancel my appointment and left. I spoke with Brad McCorry (General Manager) on Monday about what happened, he apologized for what happened and for the miscommunication we had (we emailed a few times), then he ask me to give him a day to figure things out. Brad called me the next day and he arranged for someone to bring me a loaner and pick up my Jeep. They had my Jeep for 2 days, replaced the battery (it was bad, failed their test), did the oil change and tire rotation I ask for and did an inspection and found one of my rear shocks was leaking so they ordered the parts and will call me when they are in. When everything was fixed and my jeep was ready they called me and I was going to pick up my jeep, but the loaner had a dead battery, Richard (service advisor) sent someone with my Jeep and picked up the loaner. Now that's AMAZING customer service. I've bought two 2022 Jeep Wranglers from them one in the summer of 22, got into an accident in Dec and totalled that jeep, so I bought another one in Dec. St. Albert Dodge was Amazing to deal with each time. I will be buying a 2024 in the spring. Thanks Brad for taking Extremely Good Care of me.
