Our salesperson Jason and finance manager Taylor provided us with outstanding service! I can honestly say without hesitation that was our best experience buying a new vehicle . They were professional, polite and worked with us to find us the best deal they could! Recommend this dealership to anyone!

I highly recommend South Trail for purchasing a Car, especially Alex Kubyshkin. A person who has been in this business for many years, he does not impose or even try to manipulate people, as many do. He decomposes priorities in detail, finds the best that specifically suits each person and helps to make insurance, which is not his job! I am very happy with my purchase on 09/25/2022, I recommend South Trail. I wish you all good shopping and sales🥳😎

Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in Alberta. Would give it 0 stars if I had an option. South trail chrysler has been my go to dealership for everything from sales,service, and for parts. My recent experience with a sales rep has me not wanting to go back at all for anything anymore. I went in Saturday morning to sell my vehicle, When I pulled into the parking lot Sales Rep Lee Pornasdoro greeted me everything was normal at first but when I confronted Lee about lying in regards to safety inspection things esclated from there. I bought my truck 2 years ago from south trail chrysler which came with a light bar already installed but this time around Lee said "We will have to remove the light bar because it wont pass the safety inspection and due to that we wont be able to sell the truck." That was one of the reasons for the price they qouted. what he said and what the manager Taylor said did not match at all. Mine and Lee's conversation escalated from there and he charged towards me. I was not mad about the price they gave me for my vehicle it was just the lying that triggered my response. If only he had negotiated like normal we honestly could have had a deal for closer to what they wanted to pay. Long story short Lee got aggressive and charged towards me, the manager Taylor had to grab him by the shirt and drag him back, sure I said things I shouldn't have and vice versa but charging towards a long time loyal customer or any customer at all isn't any way to let out your frustrations. Myself, friends, and family will no longer give our business to south trail Chrysler or any of its affiliates anymore.

I would like to clarify that the valuation of your vehicle is based on multiple factors such as cosmetic/mechanical condition, vehicle history, modifications, and market comparables. You were not misinformed regarding the aftermarket light bar as you & I had discussed the wiring possibilities together. Anytime an aftermarket modification is found, the concern for degraded wiring is accounted for within the estimated reconditioning costs. As a witness, I will clarify that Lee was by no means “dragged” away. I escorted Lee away from the situation as it is not fair for him to be treated unfairly or receive the harassment he received. Regarding the public display of harassment and abuse towards a staff member of South Trail Chrysler, I would like to inform you that there is zero tolerance to this behavior, and you are no longer welcome on the premises .
