What an absolutely disappointing experience with this dealerships service department. After having a wonderful experience for a end of warranty inspection done in 2020, I decided to opt for their peace of mind inspection alongside some concerns I had with my vehicle. Not only did they charge insane amounts for an easy 5 minute job replacing washer nozzles, they also didn’t complete any of the peace of mind included options I had requested for that were to be included with the appointment. I am now left with a hefty bill, not done multi-point inspection, not done tire rotation and complete disappointment. ***Update - I was called by them to rectify the “miscommunication”, and they laid out how much it will cost me to have it all done. I will not be spending anymore money at this location, and nothing has been fixed or rectified.

The team at South Trail did an awesome job working to make the right deal happen for me. Mark Kasparian, who I dealt with directly, did all he could to ensure my trade in vehicle got it's best value and I drove away in a matter of days with a new truck.

Total service was good. Hailey says she is new at sales and learning well. The sales team are very courteous and honest, willing to please. I did ask twice to have the dealer sticker removed but was not removed. Not a big deal. They will remove it when they deliver a floor mat on back order.
