Purchases a vehicle from the boys at South Trail Chrysler. I was treated incredibly well. I dealt with Ryan and Brad. They are very accommodating and professional. The service that was provided to me was amazing. Very personable staff. Head over there if you need a vehicle, they are honest and they will help you out. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. They will see me again. I also had the chance to meet Mike and he was amazing as well. Great leadership.

very incompetent service techs. vehicle went for an awd warning light, I was told a wiring repair would be all that is needed, mechanic did NOT road test vehicle afterwards. vehicle now stuck in awd when I picked up vehicle. 2nd trip back now I have to buy a new viscous coupling over 2 grand. paid too much for the 1st visit-not impressed get your techs trained

I came to Southtrail Chrysler under very tragic circumstances looking for a vehicle for myself and my children, one who was recently paralyzed. I was introduced to both Alex in sales and Khloe In finance who both greeted me with compassion and understanding and worked their absolute hardest to make the impossible happen for my children and I! Alex was very patient in working with my daughter and myself ensuring that we were getting into the right vehicle that suited her needs and that truly made the experience for me! I have always been terrified of car dealerships and I can honestly say that my experience at Southtrail Chrysler was nothing but great and both of these individuals truly do care about their customers! Great place ! Amazing service ! Outstanding people ! I was introduced to South Trail from a incredible man named Kyle Smith He not only got me into a truck for my first time, he set me up for life. My credit was terrible and I was I searching to get myself out of what I thought was a lifetime of struggle Assisting me with getting into a newer vehicle led me into the right direction. With building of credit , customer service , also the interpersonal communication with other people he built up a network of capable individuals who can meet your needs . Over these years he has led me to new staff as he went his own way in his career . He introduced me to Mark Kasparian and Taylor Cooper These gentlemen can work some serious wonders , if anyone gets the chance to deal with these fellas you’ll be walking home a happy person! If I could give them a 50 star I would I had the pleasure to buy my jeep at the South Trail Chrysler this week and had an absolute pleasant experience. Mark Kasparian was my salesman and I was so pleased just how him and the whole crew at this dealership helped me with my new vehicle and made sure I leave happy and satisfied.
