I was lucky to meet Alex Kubyshkin, the sales executive in South Trail Jeep Calgary. He is a great professional. He helped me to buy a good car and gave lots of advises about maintenance. He is also just a good man. I really recommend to have a deal with him ๐

Bought a new 2022 chrysler grand caravan and 1stday out of the dealership got home recognized that it has no AC and dvd remote is not working. Now after 1 year its still having the same problem and no resolution. Going back and forth for service ever since and now regretting trusting South Trail Chrysler.

I had to share how pleased I am to end up at south trail. After 3 other dealerships couldn't....wouldn't.... diagnose my van properly, south trail put in the 30 min needed to take it on a flat highway to feel what I feel. This issue has been happening since day 1 when I bought it brand new in 2021. In the shop for alignment 7+ times. Finally I have hope. Thank you south trail!

South Trail Exports was a complete waste of my time. Brought in a late model, low mileage, clean carfax luxury SUV for an appraisal. They took the information about the vehicle and said they would call. Several days later just crickets. No response.

Oil change. Wait time was originally to be 2.5 hours reduced to almost an hour. Service rep did a great job

The service was quick and the shuttle service was even faster. Love the child area, many activities for the young ones.
