I am a newcomer to Canada/Calgary. Right after landing here, I’ve started to look for a used car and found it very difficult. Condition of those cars weren’t good: rusty, with a high mileage and could be dangerous to drive. So, I have started to ask for recommendations. And Ukrainian/Canadian guy who installed me the internet recommended me Alex Kubyshkin from South Trail dealership. In the end Alex helped me to find a nice car with a small mileage, perfect condition and super features. I got a great leasing deal and I’m happy to drive a safe vehicle. Btw, I felt as valued customer with South Trail and Alex!

Absolutely the best experiance buying a vehicle that could be had. From the minute I arrived at South Trail Chrysler everything was as easy as it could be. Starting with Ryan Steele my salesman would made the nagotiation stress free, fair and quick. Than help from finance, parts and the service departments, who where all fast, professional, and friendly. Trade in a pre-owned Sierra 1500. Did not realize the windshield fluid function doesn't work until a couple of days later. I did not check it in test drive, that's my fault. Then you told me you can do nothing cause there's no warranty for it. Don't understand it has anything about the warranty. If you are an auction company, I won't have any complain because you agree to take anything for " as is" condition. But you are an dealer instead of an auction company, you should be responsible for that.
