Overall great experience buying a used car from Acura. Our salesman Garrett was very helpful and patient with us. He found us the perfect car. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. The finance lady Aileen was by far the best I have had at a dealership. Was not pushy at all and was more than happy to look at a bunch of options for us. Never pushed any extra products or services like I have had before. She did a bunch of extra paperwork for our trade which made things easier for us. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy. The detailing of the car was not quite five star. Was told some things would be cleaned up better and where not. Would have liked to have gotten a bit more for our trade in. But not bad. The car is not an Acura so we will see how the service department will treat it.
