FYI - The reply to this rating from the dealer is trying to mislead other potential readers looking for a review. I wish there was a way for me to post the bill that I got from this place to set the record straight instead of making this my word against theirs. The $125 was to run a diagnostics test that was not required at all. That was NOT the only part of the charge in my bill. Original Review: I feel absolutely used by the service department at this place. $160 to change a $17 light bulb? Give me a break! And to boot I had to wait 3 hours for it!!! Never again!!

Hi Vlad, Unfortunately to replace the bulb that was broken, we had to disassemble other parts in order to access it, so it took a longer amount of time than just a quick replacement. We only charged a one hour service charge of $125. If you have a problem, please feel free to call Chris Boulton our service manager, at 905-528-7335. To your second comment: Hello Vlad, Unfortunately, it seems as though we are not able to come to an agreement on this matter. Our priority is not to over charge, our priority is to get our customers vehicles serviced to the best of our ability, so they drive away safely. We regularly service our MDX at Acura of Hamilton. Anthony always waves when he sees me - and the service guys are friendly and helpful . We will be coming in to see you again Anthony. Time to switch out for a new one. Easy breezy transaction. Recommend for sure.
