Providing Above and Beyond Customer Service - Great Job Jason

I want to thank Jason for his superior customer service. He understands the value of client relationships and client retention. Many folks should learn from Jason and his leadership skills to bring more business back to the dealership. From my standpoint, i will only deal with Jason moving forward when it comes to servicing my Honda Odessey and any other vehicles i buy from the dealership in the future. Great job Jason. Asked for low beam lights to be lifted on our new Honda Oddessey Touring. The service dept realizing that I lived 100 km south of Sudbury arranged a service time suitable for me with no problem. Service advisor Dan was welcoming, told me how long the wait would be, offered coffee and shuttle service, and completed the job 15 minutes under quoted time limit. That is why I keep coming back to Palladino Honda
