I had mistakenly double booked my appointment between my kids open house (at school). I was able to get to Palladino early and asked if there was anyway I could get in before my scheduled appointment. Kara was able to identify an opportunity to get me in without any impact to other customers and she was able to do it with a smile. This really confirms my belief that it's the people that make the difference, there may be one name on the outside of the business but it's the team of individuals inside, like Kara, that will keep customers coming back. thank you!
