I loved the speed of the service. I liked the waiting area. I loved the coffee bar. But you know what I REALLY loved? What made my day? I had an incredibly sore back that day, and a migraine. I was barely functional. The service counter ladies were very sympathetic. Thankyou! ALSO: Whoever the service person was, he/she deserves a big commendation. Why? Two little things, that are really big things: 1. The person put the car seat back in the original position I had it, when I came in! I'm 58, and in over 30 years of getting my car serviced, i think I have seen this maybe 6 times! Now, with the pain i was in, I am sure you can appreciate how much that made me happy. THIS SHOULD BE A POLICY, NOT ONLY WITH PALLADINO, BUT WITH Everyone. When I got home, i called them to thank them. I want to say "Thank You" again. This tiny little thing made my day livable. Sometimes, it is those small insignificant details, that make the ordinary, extra-ordinary! (And good!) 2. The service person backed my car into a parking spot, almost at the front door! I was able to get in, and drive straight off, without having to try turn around with a very stiff back and neck to see where I was going! Oh My! I was thrilled! Thank you, thank you, thank you! THIS SHOULD BE A POLICY, NOT ONLY WITH PALLADINO, BUT WITH Everyone. And Palladino should advertise it was: "At Palladino, we've always got your back!" When I got home, i called them to thank them about this, too. I want to say "Thank You" again. This tiny little huge thing made my day SO much easier. I think, when a Palladino person -- or in this case, more accurately, TEAM -- does something that wonderful, it should be recognized somehow by the Management. Now I am new to Palladino. The above 2 things may be standard policy. But, you still need to tell your clientele! And thank your staff for doing a job well done! I will tell you something, else: I was sitting there, reading a magazine, and the salesperson, Kyle, (who incidentally, worked a miracle getting me that pre-owned car), took time out of his busy day to come over, thank me again for being a customer, and see how i was feeling/doing. He was also having some pain that day, so we briefly commiserated, and we both felt 100% better. Now that is one heck of a way to do business. You will of course, get referrals! And next time I need a new car, I'll be by. You also inspired, and impressed my friend Lesley, who had lived in Toronto for some 20 years. She owns a 2007 (?) Civic, standard tranny, mint shape, and when she came back to Sudbury, recently, she worried if she could find good service. She is not worried now! I have to say "Thank You!' once again. I was in a miserable state, and you made my day Sept. 12. You are welcome to print or post this, as you need. PM Laberge

Probably too much to write in this small space and I did already complete a survey that was sent a couple of weeks ago with the details. Let me say the service from the advisor was exceptional and I appreciate the fact that Honda Canada covered the air conditioning condenser. I do not appreciate the fact that I had to pay for the inspection, that the rear noise issue wasn't resolved and will have to be addressed later and that I found out by pure accident that I have an extended warranty on this vehicle. This is the biggest concern that I actually have because I traded in my 2012 Civic in the spring for this 2012 CRV. I wasn't happy to be losing the extended warranty I had purchased, but the sales and finance team were all too happy to sell me a new extended warranty for the CRV to the tune of around $1400 if I wanted, which i declined only to recently find out this vehicle already had the extended warranty purchased from the original owner. Doesn't speak well to your ethics I'm afraid.

The service was OK but I couldn't understand why a two year old car with full grantee needed brake rotor being machined. I didn't receive explanation of the cause.

The DLR warning light came on it was discovered that the light bulb had to be replaced.
