Acura of Hamilton

So here is my review, based my experience and with out viewing other reviews first (no bias here). I will start by saying the dealership it's self is very clean with nice open spaces, reception right when you walk in, ( and someone is there) to greet you. I had found a 2020 Acura RDX A Spec online (autotrader.ca) that interested me, so I reached out to this dealership for more information. I first spoke with Mac, who returned my call very quickly, (good first sign) and provided me with answers to my questions and offered me a test drive. Although I wasn't able to schedule test drive with Mac, he in turn put me in contact with his colleague, Julia Lioris who provided an EXCELLENT level of service.( again another good sign) Test drive went smooth as I expected it would. Julia was able to get me the deal I was looking for with out pressure or sales tactics, she just used good old fashioned caring and customer service...and a bit of humor and a personal touch ( that still means something folks, well it does to me and my family). I have since purchased the vehicle and I couldn't be happier. Getting a vehicle is nice, but the experience you get while buying it is just as important. I know the after sales service will be good, based on the sales experience. So if your looking for a classy, professional, friendly dealership where customer service and client satisfaction are more important than just a sale then I would say you have found the dealership for you. This is my review and experience, like everything in life anyone can have a different experience than mine or the same as mine, but I've found that if you treat someone with respect and dignity it will usually be given back to you and this I found here. Hope you find your self having the same experience as mine, cheers and a big thanks to the staff I worked with at Acura of Hamilton, a real class act!

I'm not very knowledgeable or experienced with cars....especially leases. I was always worried I'd be taken advantage of. Thankfully I met Julia who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel valued and that my happiness was important to her. My experience with Julia and Acura Hamilton was top notch. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

My wife and my sister drove 49 kms to this place to do a lease buyout. I known Sam Sferrazza (Sales Manager) for a very long time. So when my original dealership where I got the vehicle didn't reach out to follow up on our plan with my lease vehicle. I contacted Sam for help. He referred us to Jaclyn Iaquinto (Finance Manager) to finalize the transition from lease to finance the vehicle. Both are very professional on their respected field. Won't hesitate to recommend the team to family and friends if they ever need a new Acura or pre-owned vehicles.

I came in on a rainy day looking for a car due to my old car breaking down. Brendan Smith was the sales consultant that helped me. I must admit he is one of the classiest consultants I've ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and easy to deal with. Jaclyn who helped with the financial detail was very friendly and engaging. She really seemed to care about my needs and kept me informed every step of the way. My Acura RDX made me a raving fan of Acura but they both made me a raving fan of Acura of Hamilton

Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I worked with Brendan and he was extremely helpful with exceptional customer service! The sales manager Sam and finance manager Jaclyn were also very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. I’ve been to quite a few dealers and Acura prides themselves on customer service and my experience 110% stands true to that. If you’re looking for a great vehicle I would highly recommend reaching out to Brendan!

By far the best experience getting a second vehicle. Julie the sales consultant is not only knowledgeable, but a fantastic person who makes you feel very comfortable from start to finish. Love seeing women in this field of work. Also, the Finance Manager is fabulous, she’s great at explaining step by step on any upgrades! Best decision coming to this dealer ship in Hamilton. You won’t be disappointed.
