I called to book an appointment to get service and my winter tires put on, I was told my still very new winter tires, stored there was thrown out. No notification to me, the customer. Now I have to spend over 2000$ on new winter tires. My fault for thinking common courtesy is something to expect from the Acura brand. I'll be moving on from Acura on my next purchase. Edit for response - I last changed my tires in 2019 winter season, I didn't drive the following season, then covid showed up... is it that difficult to tell a customer to pick up their tires instead of hiding behind fine prints and tossing them.

Good day Elton. Although I do understand your frustration in this situation. Please realize that the tires were left here for 2 years without any word. As per the writing on a earlier repair order. Tires that are not claimed after 12 months will become property of Acura of Hamilton. Sadly we cannot hold on to tires longer as we have limited space.

I was at Acura Hamilton a few days ago just browsing for vehicles and was approached by Julia. Julia was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We then went into the service desk and served by Stephanie who was an absolute delight. Great personality and, very knowledgeable in service maintenance and with scheduling. Highly recommend dealing with Julia and Stephanie when at Acura of Hamilton.

Great Service, always reliable. I have an off brand and whenever I am looking for quick reliable service this is the go to place to go! Stephanie is always so accommodating to get appointments booked even during a busy season. Tire swap on rims , affordable and great workmanship and complimentary car wash is always an added bonus. Keep up the great work Acura!

Quick service as promised. One thing I would suggest is PLEASE ask your mechanics to use baggies or gloves to handle car interiors. After my service, there was grease and dirt all over my steering wheel, emergency brake, and a greasy handprint on my car hood where they slammed the hood. NOT COOL. Wiped the steering wheel and this is my cloth.
