The process was smooth, she was very helpful, showed us everything we wanted to see and did a great job during our decision process as well as post-purchase support. Acura of Hamilton has always given me top NOTCH service!! I have bought several cars from here and always serviced my cars here. From Sales to finance to service they’ve always greeted me and welcomed me as a proud Acura Owner and truly made me feel apart of a family. I believe the previous post from Marla Adams seems to be unreasonable during a global pandemic…. During this pandemic there are several challenges that every industry faces and coming from someone that not only buys Acura products but am loyal to the Dealership itself can speak volumes. Given the information you provided in the previous post I assume you too were sick. I have recommended Acura of Hamilton to several people from colleagues to family to friends. I believe in a long-term relationship with companies not in for the moment. Keep up the good work Acura you will always get 5 STARS and more from me and my family. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Worst service ever. Go anywhere else. Must say it looked pretty promising at first. Called to book an appt to have my car safeties for a lease buyout and to put on winter tires. Appt was scheduled for the next day- great right? When I arrived they had no record of an appt. They did however “squeeze me in. Driver was available to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. He was very pleasant and a good driver. $1,700 later (for brakes, oil change and changing to my winter tires that were already on their own rims)- for a 2018 Acura RDX so that I could get a safety done it went downhill even more. This process started Dec 7, 2021. Definitely feel they weren’t making enough money on my lease buy out purchase to provide service at all. Jaclyn was the worst. Tried to say she left me messages when she had not, said my message to her “must have gone to junk mail” (when I responded to her email), rescheduled out purchase meeting at least 3x. I had already called my insurance company and had to keep calling back to change to policy dates. They had to keep emailing me new policies and cards. Even though a safety was done there I could not get a copy of it as it was in Jaclyn’s hands and she was away. Reason? Part of purchase pkg for buyout and not aid for. I offered to pay as I at this point was under no circumstances ever setting foot in this frustrating unhelpful dealership again. Could not do this either. No one other than Jaclyn can do anything to to purchase a vehicle without her. You are not allowed to speak with the General Manager without first speaking to the sales manager. They will not provide info about who owns Acura Hamilton. Long story short. I was able to purchase the car Jan 4, 2022 with the assistance of Acura Canada I got the info I needed and purchased the vehicle through Acura on Brant. They managed to safety it, process all the paper work and get the vehicle into my name in about 4 hrs- same day. Special thanks to Timothy Douglas of Acura on Brant for making this happen. Buy there from him. He knows what customer service is. Hamilton Acura knows what it is not.

Good Morning Marla, Please be advised you were overterm on your lease. Jaclyn had reached out and emailed you on December 10 with your buyout and all the steps required in buying out the lease. We had scheduled for the Monday December 13th, and you did not come. You then advised you were sick and rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Jaclyn went home sick on Tuesday and emailed to let you know that she would not be in on the Wednesday and from there was off until Monday December 27th. We then rescheduled for that Monday. Jaclyn received an email from you explaining the banks were closed and you couldn’t get the certified check. They rescheduled again for Tuesday (yesterday). Jaclyn emailed at 8:00 am advising she is still fighting her cold and won’t be in and to reschedule for Wednesday. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, but during these unprecedented times we don’t want to risk spreading any illness.
