When I called to set up an appointment I felt a bit pressured to accept a service that I had already completed at another dealership. When I was firm on an oil change only, the clerk relented. When a customer states what service is required for their vehicle, a discussion isn’t necessary. I was pleased with Melissa, her manner is courteous and polite. She has a very nice demeanour and greets people with a smile. The mechanics were efficient and timely. Their suggestions for my tires were appreciated. Thank you for being efficient and filling my windshield washer fluid. Pauline Henri
