Jesse was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He asked lots of questions to make sure he really understood what I wanted and needed with a car and he knew how every feature worked. When we went on a test drive he made sure to actually show me how to use all the cool tech as well which really sold me on the car. He wasn’t pushy which is huge for me. I went to every dealership in Langley to really compare the different brands and Jesse was the only salesman I actually liked and who treated me with respect no matter what dealership I chose to go with. I highly recommend him and Honda

Had a costly repair come up. Jill in the service department was polite and upfront about costs and let me know about the best deal on parts. Repair was done quickly and had my car back sooner than expected.

A year ago I had given this company 5 stars for their Service department. After what my mother had experienced at her service appointment yesterday, I will be changing my rating. The service adviser that spoke with my mother yesterday was extremely rude to her. Not only did she accuse my mother of not making an appointment (which she did), my mother also got yelled at in front of everyone that was in the waiting area. After this incident, we will be looking to service our car at a different location. I will not pay money to a company that will disrespect my family and I.
