Mark Kasparian is hands down one of the easiest salesman to deal with. He was polite and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He was able to to get all service that was required done in a very time efficient manner. I strongly recommend him as it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him.

This is the second truck I’ve bought from South Trail and the experience hasn’t changed from either one. Both Brandon and Hailey treated me incredibly,I can recommend South Trail to any customers that you will enjoy the way they will treat you.

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in 2016 from South Trail Chrysler, and have been servicing it there ever since. When I felt that it was time to upgrade to a new vehicle, I knew STC was the place to go. Ryan Steele was a pleasure to work with and he made the entire sales process enjoyable. When it came to the upline they should be more convenient and respectful to the Customers but I didn’t like the behaviour and the way BRANDON talked. Even if I wanted to go through the deal the way he behaved I didn’t want to stay there for even a second .. Their front desk is even way better and the person whom I talked to OLEG he was good in dealing but not BRANDON

Unfortunately, the offer you made on our vehicle was completely unreasonable and we could not accept it. It is not disrespectful or inconvenient to reject an offer that is below our cost. We presented a deal that was very generous and more than fair, but you chose not to accept it.

I took my car for a regular oil change and to check the stop/start system that wasn't working, they discovered an oil leak during the oil change. Nadine contacted the extended warranty and they said the stop/start system repair was not covered, that was different to what Chad (finance manager) told me when he sold me the warranty, he said I was covered with the same coverage as my original warranty for the 7 years (it was an expensive warranty), I talked to your sales manager about it and they took me to the finance department, they figure it out with service and decided to take care of the cost for me to keep Chad's words, I have to say that I am glad I went to your dealership because you kept your word. The only reason I didnt give you the 5 stars this time is because when I picked up the car after the repair, the gear stick and steering wheel were quite grease, and the car inside and out had a strong smell of oil, my entire garage had that oil smell next morning. I cleaned the stick and the steering wheel. Next morning I took the car again to the dealership to replace my windshield, I told them about the odor, when I picked up the car in the afternoon, they told me that it was oil residues and they cleaned it, the smell is not as bad now but once again, the steering wheel and gear stick were grease. 6 stars out of 5 to the service girls 3 stars to the shop guy who drove the car the last two days with no regard of the grease hands. Over all I appreciate the great service, keep it up. Thanks Pablo

I have owned 4 Dodge Chrysler vehicles since 2007 and all of them have given me very little trouble. My last 2 vehicles I have purchased from South Trail dodge and specifically from Ryan Steele. Ryan is very attentive , disarming, and helpful.

I always use South Trail Chrysler for servicing my Dodge Journey. I never a get chance to review them, but this time I will not miss that. Last weekend I had big issues with my car engine indicator and took my car over there. I met really really fantastic person for the very first time there” Mr Treavor Schlosser”.(Service Advisor) He just not help with the issues but was also very kind and polite person. I have never recommended South Trail Chrysler to anyone before, but after having this extraordinary treatment from Treavor I will definitely recommend to everyone and will want them to directly go to him and talk to him regarding any problem of your car. Highly recommended and will definitely keep going to them until and unless Treavor works there. Thank you!!!!!!!!
