I didn’t buy my Jeep from South Trail, but they have done all the servicing since the day I got it. Customer service is awesome! Always happy with the work they do. Highly recommended

This is the first time at this dealership and I am definitely happy! The young lady who helped me (Ashley?), was very friendly and helpful! I will be going back here again! I appreciated the courtesy wash also!!

Stopped in with a concern on my ram truck, I didn’t have an appointment.the service writer was very helpful and friendly,I had to leave the truck and was given a shuttle ride(to and from)both drivers were super friendly and no waiting. Received a call 2 hours later explaining in detail what was done(again over the top friendly) I went to pick up and the gals that handled the paperwork were again very helpful and friendly, and to top it off when I went to my truck it was clean. WOW!!! What a great experience.

I would like to give my personal thanks to Mr. Lee Pornasdoro for his great support he has given me and my family. He gave all the information I needed and his service is top notch. Ryan @ STC has helped us with the purchase of our last 2 vehicles, the process both times has been seamless. Ryan always goes above and beyond and is very accommodating. If you're in the market for a new car he's defiantly the guy you need to talk to!

Purchased a truck recently and dealt with sales rep. Lee Pornasdoro . Lee was very pleasant to work with . He had the truck we wanted to look at brought inside out of the cold so we could look at it in a comfortable atmosphere . His no pressure approach to sales was a welcoming experience from my last experience from another dealer. Lee also took the time to show me how to use the many different computer components on this truck.If there were 6 stars I would gladly post 6.
