Amazing Dealership & Service

I bought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership last March. Brad and Ryan were fabulous every step of the way and the service department has been nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

If you ever have to get service done 10/10 go with Nadine, the 2 times I've been in she's been nothing but amazing to deal with. Couldn't be happier this girl deserves a raise!!

I don't recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealer. I made the mistake of not getting the vehicle inspected independently but the dealer was dishonest. They apparently did a "Mechanical Fitness Assessment" and got all the issues fixed. They showed me a piece of paper with all the issues that were fixed and even charged me the vehicle inspection fee when selling it to me. I start hearing squeaky noise from wheel after a few weeks and when I got the wheels inspected, it turns out that I have to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. The vehicle was not mechanically fit!!

Hello, after looking into this we see that the vehicle was purchased almost 2 months ago, and you haven't contacted us about any issues since. Obviously a lot of things can happen to a vehicle over time and had you come to us we could have done whatever we could to help. It is evident that the vehicles brakes passed the Fitness Assessment at the time of sale, but there is no way to determine life expectancy considering we do not know how much the car will be driven or your driving habits. The attention and service of the people with whom I had contact was very good. They changed the oil and filters, the road check, but I'm still unsatisfied with the problem of placing my cell phone with the car, according to the technician, he tested his cell phone, it worked, and he performed an Android update. From the past to today I have tried 4 cell phones plus mine (Androi) and I still have the same problem, try to connect, maybe it stays connected for a few seconds and disconnects. I cannot use maps on the car screen, which is supposed to be a modern version that allows this as well as being a security tool to prevent cell phone manipulation while driving.

I purchased my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee just over a year ago. Had some crazy electrical issues and was pretty stressed about my purchase. I took it to south trail and they have been 100% amazing. Always have a clean vehicle when I pick it up. Full explanation of what the issues are. Amazing customer service! I also work for a group of dealerships that are not Jeep/Chrysler, so I know the level of service one would expect.I also know it’s best to bring my vehicle to the people who know them best. Even though I’m not fully confident with my Jeep purchase. 5 stars rating on south trail service! Mike
