I had an excellent experience at South Trail Chrysler buying my new 2022 Ram 1500 sport. Oleg was great to deal with....very accommodating and easy to get a hold of for questions. The sales managers were awesome, they went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted....one of them (Ryan) even graciously surrendered his demo model to ensure I got a truck with all the options I requested and at a price I was happy with!

Amazing experience! Wonderful service by the whole agency, specially by Eduardo Matthews who was really friendly and took the time to find the best deal for us. I was able to get a better car (Jeep) than expected with the best price in the market. Highly recommended and don’t forget to ask for Eduardo!

I have been with this dealership for 5 years and have received mostly good service. Only complaint is that I do need to repeat certain requests 2-3 times before they are done e.g. I confirmed twice that my vehicle would be washed during the service today but it wasn't done when I arrived for pick up. They were quick to get it done when I mentioned it though.

Oil change and tire changeover

Called in advance to have summer tires brought down from the warehouse. Upon arrival in the Express Lane, Service advisor reviewed my maintenance service options based on my questions. Promised to have my vehicle completed within 2 hours. Vehicle service was completed within the promised time and Advisor reviewed work completed and additional items found in the inspection. Prices are extremely competitive and quality of work is second to none. Highly recommend.

The service department is always great at South Trail. I've never had an issue. I highly recommend the service department, the rates are excellent and they take great care of you.

I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and they were great . They did an inspection and repaired/replaced everything on the vehicle that failed inspection. Pretty close to free of charge plus fair prices on vehicles. The good sir that helped me in the process was Mark Kasparian he was well spoken and straight forward. Would definitely purchase from south trail Chrysler In the future.
