I recently bought my second Lexus from David Tran. It has been a smooth and stress free experience as usual. I commend him on his quick response time and eye for detail.

Very disappointed with my car and the service department. Make sure you check your bill closely before you leave. Also, if you're close to your warranty make sure you get your car in just before it is up, if you are just slightly over they won't help you. Won't be taking my car there anymore.

Hello, I am disappointed to read this review after your service appointment. We do pride ourselves not only in excellent service, but also in our honesty, fairness and ethics. In this particular case, as discussed, the moon roof sunshade was out of the track and that is why it wasn't moving. Lexus is very helpful when it comes to warranty but unfortunately warranties do end. In this case the vehicle in question is outside of warranty. We asked you to authorize $69 plus taxes to inspect the issue; which you authorized. We inspected, disassembled and reinstalled the sun shade back into its track; it now works perfectly. The final charge for this was $69 plus taxes. Being a business man yourself, I'm confident that you understand. Thank you again for servicing with Tony Graham Lexus. Kind Regards.
