The service was excellent, they worked with me over the phone and via email as I live two hours from the dealership. When I came to pick up my new vehicle, I was greeted at the door and had a wonderful experience - I definitely recommend them.

Recently purchased the vehicle with aftermarket rims. Broke a rim and was unable to locate the tool to remove the broken rim and replace it with the spare. The tool was placed with spare lock nuts (an honest salesperson would have told me not to knowing the aftermarket rims didn't fit the lock) which for obvious reasons was not stored in my vehicle. Full service would have placed this in my car with the wrench knowing this information. To make matters worse, when the car was serviced I was promised on multiple occasions a service agent would contact me and let me know what was happening. This never occurred and I was forced to walk to the dealership to get results. When the car was finally finished (6 days later) the service team neglected my original request to change the oil as well. Overall, not a very good first impression of Mazda or the dealership.
