Just sending along a note to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with Reza. We shopped around quite a bit looking for a car for me. We went back to talk to Reza three times and he was always patient and eager to help us. I love my new Mazda CX-3. It is just what I wanted and I feel that we were treated fairly by Reza and the Barrhaven Mazda team. I would definitely buy from him again!

I'm only giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. We received absolutely terrible customer service from this dealership as soon as they had our money, and have made no efforts to respond to our attempts to contact them about our experience. I tried to resolve our issues without going public with our reviews, but they clearly do not care enough about their customers. They will not be getting our business again.
