I came to South Trail Chrysler earlier in the year to have my headrest fix (warranty issue). At the first appointment it was determined that the part was indeed (and obviously) the part they wanted to repair it with was damaged. They located the part in Red Deer and would have it delivered so they had me book another appointment a week later. I showed up and was treated rudely by the employee who told me there wasn’t a part because they’re all on back order and that I should have called before coming in. I was annoyed leaving them. He told me that they had my number and would call when the part came in and not to bother making another appointment. I came across the warranty form again in November, which reminded me to check in. They did have the part! I had been forgotten and they apologized for not letting me know. I made an appointment for 8:30am to have the headrest replaced. By 3:45 I was annoyed and bothered that I still hadn’t received a call! I called and the service manager had to call me back. When he did, my van was done and ready for pickup. When I got my vehicle I was bothered further by the inconsideration of this company as they left all the seat covering plastic and cardboard floor mat in the car PLUS a plastic hair cover left on my passenger seat. Start to finish experience was quite awful and I will not return.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband Jeremy Burrows, who recently had his Jeep serviced - Jeremy has a stutter, which often leads to impatient sales people and/or people hanging up on him because they think the line is static. Treavor at South Trail was one of those rare gems, who acknowledged his speech impediment and offered him different ways to communicate (text) to make it easier. He was patient and kind, and although this sort of thing should happen on a regular basis, it doesn't. So thanks Treavor, we really appreciate it! Your customer service definitely goes above and beyond.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The shuttle drivers are willing to chat with you if you want. Trevor was great when I had 3 big problems with my jeep at the same time.
