Communication needs to be improved

When dropping off my vehicle, I was greeted by a service advisor who documented the numerous issues the vehicle was having. I had to re-explain the issues numerous times to multiple service advisors!

Brought wife’s van in for oil change and swap to winter tires. Service agent was quick and friendly, over to service counter for shuttle ride. Everyone was friendly and services were reasonably priced

Can’t thank Sasha and the South Trail Chrysler team enough for my new ride ! They were able to get me into an affordable truck with the market being as absurd as it is right now. This being my first vehicle from a dealership, Sasha made everything extremely clear with how it all works. South Trail rectified the issue

Mark Gacek had me return to the dealership and had the 3M installer fix the large bubbles in the 3M. The small marks made by rocks couldn’t be fixed, but the large bubbles were fixed. I appreciate Mark doing his best to rectify the issue. Also, there was an issue with my cell phone voicemail and I did not get the vm that was left by the Service Advisor until days later. So, I was in fact called regarding my vehicle and I appreciate that.
