Friendly service. Went out of their way to make sure all the recalls were done on my vehicle without me asking. They were willing to make sure I was happy with the repairs before I left.

Was in the market for a van and was introduced to the Chrysler Town and Country by the very helpful Brent and Cory and not forgetting the wonderful Khloe, they went above and beyond to get me into this van. Very happy 😊 with their suggestions. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Was there yesterday. Sales manager named Brandon was extremely rude. As a sales manager, he has need to change his behaviour. Well I appreciate Mr. owner, you are trying to cover your employee but shredding a document that has personal information and when a customer is not physically present at that time AND shredding a brochure that your manager personally asked from us and especially without our permission is not a same thing. When a customer is still there, your manager should not assume that he has authority to shred anything whatever he likes. He needs to make sure first that if we want our document back. Racist is not a light term, I agree, but you say this term only when you feel something so instead of taking it personally, you should try to change this kind of attitude.

I understand that a window sticker you brought with you was with the offer to purchase and other documents that we created. We did not intentionally destroy your window sticker and it can easily be replaced. We have the right to retain our information and pricing documents, they are not yours, and we have no obligation to give them to you. Our Manager has every right to do what he sees fit with our information and documents. Unless you can provide actual evidence that we did or said something based solely on your race, I recommend you cease with that type of allegation. We have always and will always treat people equally and with the same respect they give us.

This was a really bad experience by coming in south trail chrysler this night. Actually we came here to buy a challenger car but the behaviour of their sales manager Brandon was very rude and racist because the papers we brought in their showroom, Brandon shredded all of these. This behaviour should not be acceptable.

After reviewing what occurred, we did shred the documents as is standard when documents with personal information on them are no longer needed. However, we do not appreciate you saying that our manager is racist. You cannot throw that term around lightly just because we could not sell a car for the very low price that you offered.
