Booked my truck in to have the windshield replaced and the 3M coating fixed. The windshield was replaced without issue, however they would not touch my 3M as they said it was no longer covered. I have an extended warranty and this is the second time the 3M has pealed. The 3M should be looked at and fixed again as it was replaced a year ago. I asked the service advisor how much it would cost to replace the 3M. He told me he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. Also, I never received a call when my vehicle was ready. I have been treated great in the past here. This time not so much. Very disappointed.

My truck has found it’s new repair shop!! I Had anticipated some major work to be done on my truck - work that was pressing as determined by another repair shop. Due to the convenience of your shuttle service and the proximity of your facility to my home, I booked in to get the repair done. I received a call from the service advisor with news that the “urgent “ repair was not required and that the apparent problem was not needing repair. I have never come across honest service like this before! Kudos!!! Keeping business honest!!! Thanks again BTW- Service advisor was Trevor Schlosser.

Highly DONT recommend. They say they’re the “Best Dealership” in all of Calgary, no “Possibly All of Canada”. I don’t have good credit, it’s whatever, but they sat there after I requested to have my money back, they dragged it on for a week and a half saying they could get me approved. Today, I finally went in and requested my money back, theyre saying they have to wait and give a cheque rather than the cash I paid for. Isn’t a deposit meant to be returned upon requesting? I shouldn’t have to wait a hole second week just to get my money back. But not even just that, they expect me to leave and to come back later tonight or tomorrow. Wasting more money and more gas. But to finish this bullshit off, they then sit there and brag to my face saying I don’t have good credit, there for, not a reason to rush my money or to get a new vehicle. “It’s not our problem you have bad credit”. I’m beyond frustrated. Beyond disappointed. I put my faith in some bullshit, that’s for sure. If I could give you people a 0 Star Rating, you bet your ass I would. I strongly would suggest going somewhere else.

Regular Oil Change. Only issue was they could not diagnose a few issues I was having. Have to book it in for that.

Sasha was very friendly, honest and knew the products well. He went over and above to ensure we had the best price and deal available. He didn’t pressure us into a sale, but felt comfortable dealing and communicating with him. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle. I purchased from him.
