Regular Oil Change. Only issue was they could not diagnose a few issues I was having. Have to book it in for that.

Sasha was very friendly, honest and knew the products well. He went over and above to ensure we had the best price and deal available. He didn’t pressure us into a sale, but felt comfortable dealing and communicating with him. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle. I purchased from him.

Tire season

October 18, 2021

Told a 2 hour wait for an oil change, because it’s “tire season”…Hire more people for “tire season” ….??? It unacceptable when I get there at 7:30 AM and have no line in front of me, and still have a two hour minimum wait for an oil change.

Usb problem

The attention of the team was cordial but my dissatisfaction is that I continue with the problem of connection of the usb ports, I have a "new and intelligent car " in which I have not been able and should be able to load my cell phone and see the maps application And it is not possible. It is not a windows error as they told me when they gave me a car since in other vehicles I can do it. Upon returning to the hall and telling him that a mechanic does not work, he comes to see what the problem is in the two usb ports. He tells me that you have to ask for the parts and that they will call me, it is not possible that 3 hours have passed and you have identified the real problem with the car.

All staff at the South Trail Chrysler are very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Hailey & Chloe, for all their hard work and persistence in helping me get into a vehicle suited for me and my four kids. We love the vehicle and are excited for anytime we have to drive in it! I will make sure to refer anyone I know looking to get into a better or newer vehicle and will make sure to come back to South Trail Chrysler if I ever decide to upgrade again.
