Long delay

Came in at 9:00am. Car went to service only at 9:45am. Very long delay which can be prevented by better planning by your team members

I was helped by Ryan and he clicked from first time I called him.. we both knew what we are looking for. Helped me getting the best deal and his manager also helped me. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car in that dealership.

Because the market is so weird right now, they don't really care if you are a buyer or not. Sales guy didn't really care to talk to you about the deal, no smile, no proper greeting. Ended up getting a Toyota!

Completed service quicker than expected

I was in for an oil change and the service was completed quicker than expected. Car was washed and tires rotated as part of the service provided.

I want to say thank you to Alex Kubyshkin and Khloe Hur, they made the purchase of my first car smooth, and they did that my dream came true. I really appreciate their help and that they answered all my questions, were patient and were there for me at any step. Truly recommend South Trail for purchasing a car with amazing service especially from Alex and Khloe.
