Treated me like crap because I didn't want to play the car dealing game. What do they think its a game show making me sit there while the sales guy runs back and forth to the manager....I said no to this and was told..."My manager is angry you should shop before you come her..""Posted this on my Facebook... multiple responses from women that they were treated poorly at this location. Selling cars like it is still 1950...Hello Tony you there?? its called the internet and it"s 2016.

One of the greatest new car buying experience!

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2016 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. This is my third Lexus and my eight new car and I have to say that this was the easiest and smoothest buying experience. I communicated with David Tran through a quick email, showed up the next day and within 30 minutes we had a deal and all paperwork was signed. David did not try to low ball my trade-in like dealership always do; did not pull the "I have to talk with my sale manager first" to have me waiting. I always do my homework before I buy a car and right from the beginning, he offered me an honest price. We just had to finalize a few details and it was done. Shelley at finance was just as great and all was done within another 10 minutes. David even contacted me a week later to see if I was pleased with my new car. I recommend Tony Graham Lexus to everyone!

Went there 4 times to look at new and used cars. Wasn't approached once by a salesman... not even a quick "Hi, I'll be over here if you have any questions." Won't be back.

Purchase and Maintenance Heaven!

My wife and I dropped into the dealership out of curiosity, we had heard good things about Tony Graham's and the Lexus ES 350 but wanted to check things out. We experienced the best in sales, price, quality of vehicle and subsequent maintenance attention and believe me, this is not our first rodeo! Thank you Yan Ma, GM Donaldson and the great servicing team, we love our ES 350!!
