Less than poor customer service at Tony Graham Lexus When changing tires winter/summer, the cost to introduce/registered the code for Tire Pressure Monitoring sensors was estimated by the TG service rep at more than $150; at Latham Auto Sales & Service - http://www.lathamauto.com – was $10. Both the service rep and the head of service dept were extremely annoyed when I asked to explain the reason for this price. Guess where I’m going to store and change my tires from now on …….?

Hello, We sincerely apologize for this experience, however we would like to clarify two things. First, if the tire-pressure sensors were purchased elsewhere, we must use a proprietary Lexus Canada tool to retrieve the sensor codes and reprogram the car to accept these codes. If the additional sensors were purchased with Tony Graham Lexus and installed with our service department, we retain these codes on file forever to reduce the costs our guests have to pay for this to be done each season. Second, the cost for this retrieval and reprogramming is approx. $90+HST, not $150 as you mentioned. That figure may include other work that we were quoting on. We would like to address this situation with you, but it is not possible without us having more information on the case, such as VIN # and some requisite customer information. We are always willing to resolve any miscommunication but until we know the particulars of the situation we cannot. Had awesome experience at TG Lexus in Ottawa, 299 Hunt Club when I bought my 1st Lexus (pre-owned). Pre owned car manager Mr. Bill and the his right hand Mr. Morris both were too good, very professional, patient and SMEs for not only lexus but for other cars as well. I would like to thank all the people working with Bill, You all are working very hard and very helping, I would like to request you to continue. TG Lexus Team works with such determination and great sincerity in the service of Buddha’s teachings and sentient beings....!! thx again.

Never had so much fun buying a car!

Neil has a wonderful team including David and Shirley. I spoke with David on the phone about the new RC as I knew my husband just had to have it David worked closely with me and quickly to make sure that we not only got the car we wanted but got it is quickly as possible. David has excellent communication skills and listen very closely to the needs that I outlined for the car and responded and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Everyone is professional and has a great sense of humor which makes it so much more pleasurable including the receptionist whose name alludes me I do apologize! We've been part of the Lexus family for a few years now we originally belong to the one in Richmond Hill but we can honestly say that the Hunt club location is by far the best team synergy and most fun that we have in buying our cars. We even just stop in for a visit and that just says a lot about the people and the smooth process that they have in place for purchasing leasing or whatever you want to do I highly recommend all of the staff including the service team. They always make me feel so special when I have to take the car in if my husband happens to be out of the country for work. I know I'm repeating but I feel that everyone from reception to service the sales to financing just go above and beyond what you would expect from any car dealer. And of course buying the RC and being one of the first ones to own it it's definitely a head turner and what a pleasure to drive .....commuting is never a chore when you're in a Lexus. we also have the RX 350 and we just traded in the ISC so we've had a lot of fun with the quality And care that Lexus takes to design and build what I feel are superior vehicles. Cars are great and the service department is really good ... the service is not as expensive as you might expect. Having bought and fully serviced my last two cars here I was never disappointed and felt honesty was a very important part of the service departments management. That being said, my latest 2015 car purchase was not a Lexus. The sales department was friendly and helpful but once the staff for trade in values got involved it went downhill. You would think that 15 years at a dealership counted for something but no .... the first trade value offer came in $5000 under black book in spite of the Lexus i was trading was low milage. I walked. Know your trade in values before shopping (always good advice).

Dear Mr. Caudle, We are very sorry to lose you as a Guest and I do appreciate the kind words you've posted about our dealership, service department and our Lexus product. We value our relationships with our Guests. Your 2006 IS350 is a rear wheel drive model going into the winter season. We would likely sell your 9 year old Lexus IS350 RWD in April or May when the snow melts in Ottawa. The other issue was the fact that it had been in a $3400 accident as well as other repairs and in today's market accidents of any value affect resale in a big way.
