Acura West makes my concerns their priority, and provided me with transportation, while my vehicle was in the shop.

My vehicle needed faulty rear struts replaced; a replacement air duct installed; and a wheel alignment. Carmen listened to my concerns and the resulting call-back for repairs occurred in a timely manner. As I am from out-of-town, I was given a vehicle, during the morning, to enable me to continue my shopping, which was much appreciated.

Dylan was patient with the number of times I came and went from the dealership. I could not make up my mind for the purchase and he did not give me any hard sell or try to move me along more quickly. He was very good at saying "take your time". That meant more than anything. Thank you!
