I have been on the lookout for a dodge challenger for the last year was not in a rush to buy as I was wanting to make sure I was 100 percent what model year. but saw a 2022 challenger rt being sold by owl mazda 2 days before xmas and the deal was incredible. 8k less than the nearest comparison. I called them expecting a difficult transaction living in the okanagan and the dealership was in Campbell river. I called and talked to Josh. he answered all my questions and sent me all the information I could possibly require. great guy to deal with. negotiated a deal and passed to the general Manger we finalized the deal. Ben was always available to work out final details. unbelievable to deal with even over the holidays. overall best dealership transaction I have ever encountered. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to make your experience fantastic, and they don't forget you after you purchase. We bought a truck in summer of 2022 and had a few issues that were not related to the dealership (stupid deer!!!!!) but they still helped us out as much as they could and made a stressful time a little more bearable. I'll always recommend Island Owl Mazda to everyone.

Benjamin and his team always go out of the way to help their customers. Recently they went out of their way to come curb side when my mom broke down. They took all the stress out of the situation and helped her with no hesitation. I appreciate them always going above and beyond.

JR provided a well informed, no pressured shopping experience. He found me the perfect car. He worked hard with Ben and the banks to make sure I got it within budget. I've had my Rav 4 for a number of years and I still recommend JR to everyone that will listen. If I ever need a new car I will be going back to JR without a second thought.

Interactions with Josh were always positive. He asked what kind of car we were looking for, I said, I want a car that we know needs no repairs! Josh, said we need to speak to Dana the finance wizard. Dana, was so very kind! She asked for our information to get approved which was a fun experience! After we were approved Josh called to set up a time to come to the dealership. When we walked in we saw a beautiful Mazda3! We thought this might be the car! Josh asked if we would like to take a test drive? Yes! Josh drove first, explaining all Features of the 2016 Mazda 3. Once behind the wheel and driving, I told Josh we liked the car! By the way the was interior was in perfect as was the body! Josh answered all of my questions and made sure to say, Jacquie call me if you have any questions! After a day or 2, I called Josh with a list of questions! Josh was so kind, answering all questions!
