Interactions with Josh were always positive. He asked what kind of car we were looking for, I said, I want a car that we know needs no repairs! Josh, said we need to speak to Dana the finance wizard. Dana, was so very kind! She asked for our information to get approved which was a fun experience! After we were approved Josh called to set up a time to come to the dealership. When we walked in we saw a beautiful Mazda3! We thought this might be the car! Josh asked if we would like to take a test drive? Yes! Josh drove first, explaining all Features of the 2016 Mazda 3. Once behind the wheel and driving, I told Josh we liked the car! By the way the was interior was in perfect as was the body! Josh answered all of my questions and made sure to say, Jacquie call me if you have any questions! After a day or 2, I called Josh with a list of questions! Josh was so kind, answering all questions! Josh is an excellent salesman! I will refer all of my friends!!!!! To Islandowl Mazda!!! Jacquie

I bought an inexpensive used car from Island Owl Mazda and got treated as if I had bought a brand new one. Josh, the sales representative, was patient and kind (as well as being a fellow animal lover with pictures), and took the time to answer every question I had to the best of his ability. The company had done a thorough BCAA equivalent safety check before the car was sold and I was shown the results. All deficiencies had been repaired by Island Owl Mazda. I was also given a car fax that showed that the car had been very well taken car of. The sales manager and Josh went so far as to send me a short hilarious video due to a comment I made. All in all a great experience and dealership!

The service that I received was above and beyond. They did everything possible to ensure that I left happy and completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Out of 100 I would give them 150. Megan, the person I dealt with was so attentive to my needs and wishes. Superior service!

I was in need of a "new" used vehicle, as my 24 year old car had too many problems. A friend put me in touch with JR and Ocho and together they worked with me to find the car that best suited my needs/wants and fit my budget! They were so incredibly kind and friendly. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Hometown boys helping others ❤️❤️❤️

I had a limited but very good experience with this dealership especially with Aaron the sales manager. Although I did not end up buying a cx5 from him the deal he offered with trade-in was very fair. Unlike other stealerships that have a plethora of Cal Worthingtons walking around in cheap ill-fitting pant suites and reeking of Hai Karate this dealership seems to have figured out to get with the times. I was also pleasantly shocked when at one point I referenced Larry Dallas and for a younger guy he was all over it. I would deal with these people again if Mercedes Nanaimo wasnt so friendly to offer me a deal I couldnt refuse.
