I have met many car sales consultants for more than 30 years but I am pretty sure Ben Lee is the best. I didn't know him before. By starting test drive with him I realized that he is very kind and professional. From choosing a vehicle to picking me up at a rental car office he did his best. He works hard to do everything he can for clients. If you consider to buy a car I strongly recommend him, Mr. Ben Lee. He is awesome! Thanks Ben!

Customer service was great from the service department. One thing I didn't appreciate when the service was done is that I saw the technician driving the car back and made a hard brake on the car and also smash the door really hard. That was seriously not cool at all. I mean, you guys encourage to go to Honda for service but can't really take care of the car in the small details.

Its a Honda dealerships, so you know it cant be too bad. Honda is Honda. Bought my truck there. Love my truck but ended up paying higher interest than I was told to expect. Also as it was used vehicle prior owners info was in trucks NAV system. Had to go back and have service guys fix it. Took them a 3/4 techs to get it done and took a while for something you would think would be simple. But they were professional and got it done - I was very happy with the service guys 4/5. Ended up getting charged for it, that was annoying strictly cause being certified used truck this should have been sorted before. Over all the are 3.5 all together but not a 4. Not yet. Love the truck, Ridgeline is a 5/5. Its my 3rd Honda and Im loving it.
