I must update my review. We bought our car here 4 years ago but last year we started getting it serviced at another dealership. Originally service was good, they let you know if they are behind ahead of time and reschedule if necessary, they don't waste your time. They follow Honda's recommended services and havent force unnecessary services on us. When they call they are respectful. Unfortunately the last service job, a larger one we asked for a quote with taxes in on multiple items and after agreeing on a quote and setting an appointment we were told it was going to be a lot more. We weren't impressed that they didn't honor their own quote and took the business elsewhere at same price of the original quote. If another dealership can make money and still honor the price not sure what the problem is here.
