If there was an option of no stars I would use it !!!! Service manager treated me in a dismissive manner! Having the vehicle serviced there recently, I believe the service technician incorrectly installed a bottom engine shroud resulting in damage to the shroud. The manager blamed me for the damage with no solution offered except for me to absorb the total cost of the repairs .. I guess costumer satisfaction takes a back seat to the profit margin... Needles to say I will NOT be dealing with this Jonker Honda branch in the future and will be following up with a email to the Honda Canada company regarding my experience. I will definitely be be revisiting my whole families vehicle make purchases in the future if this is Hondas idea of "customer service"!!! Mike Surrey BC

Date of A1 type service : 28 March/2018 Vehicle plate BP189P. HONDA CRV.2017. Date of vehicle Lease November 1/2017. Jonker Honda Langley. Amount at risk $87.00 in Total. -Windows for payment requested for just 2 hours. - This is a Leased vehicle thru Jonker Honda, with all timely payments since date of lease. - I Offered to provide Reference of identification from your finance deptt for payment assurance but refused to verify by Jonker Honda. - I was being told this could be a fraud, for offer by me to pay over phone even after I offered my ID with a Genuine Business card with my full professional details. But Disregarded. -Very bad situation handling procedure with low class management skills unfortunately. Thanks & Regards

What a Funny Review!!!! Parmond Sharma shows up and says he can't pay for his service bill because he forgot his wallet. Parmond then tries to pay via a picture of a credit card someone texted him that is not in his name! We decline as this against store policy, along with Visa credit services policy. Parmond then goes in his car and brings in some cash from his car and pays and leaves. Why not just pay your bill?

Salesman's demeanour was not palatable. Late in the model year and regarding a mainstream new vehicle he did not want to negotiate any discount off the sticker price, even though that is customary virtually everywhere else. Just kept regurgitating MSRP. No one is expecting to receive exactly the price they want but to be inflexible about giving any discount is really just unacceptable. If you enjoy having your time wasted and not given any courtesy, shop here. I can only recommend finding another place to buy a Honda.
