What a joke of a dealership. I was forced to take my car to a dealership because of the airbag recall which is a safety issue. It left the shop with more scratches than it went in with. It has circular scratches on the passenger side door panel which I assume is from using the brush to loosen road dirt before the machine wash. They flat out said it was not possible and the scratches are old. If you have to take your car to a dealership, I suggest staying away from Joker Honda.

Our Car Wash Machine does not scratch. We run hundreds of new cars through it every month with zero damage. Your Car had existing damages and was so unclean you didn't notice them until it was finally clean.
