We went to this dealer with my family last weekend, When we consulted about the price, the sales told us you can go to website and did yourself, Ok, we admitted it save both us time.. And when the sale knew we are planning to buy a car in a month not put a deal right away, he seems not very happy and try to persuade us come back later when we decide to put a firm deal?? Really? How many people just drop in and drive a new car home on the same day? I asked if we can did test drive, he seems very reluctant to do so, and told us again, maybe we can do it when we decide to make a deal. He probably feel my anger, so he decided let us wait 20 mins and he has other customers was waiting. We could tell, the dealership was busy that day, and we really want to give it try. So we waited almost an hour, then we just left. I am not sure what is going on with these dealer nowadays, should you at least let your customer to do test drive first then let your customer make their own decisions rather than push hard to MAKE A DEAL? We read a lots of good comments on line, that’s why we decide to went there, but maybe it is just not for us. Good luck on your business.

Excellent service. I will come in for more business. However, I had to wait 2.5 hours for my car oil change. I'd prefer a little less time on my next service if just oil change. Other wise it is expected more time for extra maintenance. Overall excellent service from staff. 9/10.

Very disappointed in the service I received. They made an error when fixing my car, admitted their mistake, but would not fix the damage it created.
