We got a beautiful Honda Odyssey at Jonker Honda. Ranbir was super helpful, worked hard to get us a great deal and didn't pressure us! He made sure we knew all the ins and outs and cool tech that came with our new van! Thank you!

Came in for an oil change. I was told it would take 1.5 hours at most. I had another appointment for my vehicle immediately after at Costco to do a tire change, so I specifically requested that it would be done within the 1.5 hour window I was promised so I could make my appointment. I spent 1.5 hours waiting, and after the time passed, I walked up to the service desk and asked to pick up my vehicle. After a few back and forth a the lady told me that they never started the oil change and that they are just going to start it now due to some mix up?? As a result, I missed my tire change, and had to spend another 1 hour of my time in the waiting lounge. Really frustrating service.
