I used a code reader before I went in to the dealership. (" Highly Recommended") Because my service light was on. I had 6 Cylinder Misfires show up, so I wrote down the codes , I went in for an appointment to get my car looked at. When I arrived I showed them the codes , They plugged the code reader in and walked away for half an hour and charged me 90 Dollars. They told me to come back then charged me another 90 Dollars and told me they need more time . I just pulled out and said no. I received a recall because air bags on this vehicle are discharging, so I went back to this Honda Dealership because now it's free. I waited a few weeks for my appointment, When I arrived nobody was in the shop. I had to leave my car running because of past service issues. I wondered in the shop because someone opened the garage door, nobody was around so I went to the parts office and waited in line but kept checking at my running car. I noticed someone was jumping in my car all of a sudden so I ran outside and stopped him. They weren't even using plastic seat covers or anything. So he exited my vehicle then someone rudely approached me saying I'm kicked out because I tapped the door with my foot running after one of the employees who was not following protocol anyway. This was the service manager. The sales manager told me her name was Katrina Derks . But anyway I have a recall on my air bags and that lady denied my service because I noticed two strangers were hopping in my car with no permission. I don't know who they are and where they came from. I panicked and used my foot to open the door because of covid 19 and it is reasonable, then it turned out that those two guys are working there. Then the service manager kicks me out in a controlling rage and said I was kicked out for life for stopping those two workers entering my car with no permission. No wonder you have bad reviews under the BBB. Seems like you have an excuse for every bad review .... Good for you,

The service advisors (at least the one I was dealing with) are not very knowledgeable. The information she provided regarding the recommended schedule maintenance wasn't correct and she was insisting about it.

John Bok was an excellent salesman. Helpful and kind. But Alishia from the finance department was rude; ended up making my new car pick up day unpleasant that I had been very excited for and looked forward to. It’s a big deal for a person to decide on getting a new vehicle. She left me an indelible terrible memory on the special day that i was supposed to be happy.. But i’m appreciative of John’s work.

John Bok was an excellent salesman. Helpful and kind.
