Was in at the dealership today to discuss service that was done on my freinds Honda accord. He is currently on his third alternator. I spoke with Chris (shop foreman) with regards to this as they had the vehicle for 4 hours and couldn't find anything wrong with it. In the course of 10 minutes I was able to find that the plug securing clasp was busted and the positive lead had a loose connection. When ask why this wasn't noticed this. I was told that if the diagnostic system didn't point towards the issue he would have no reason to look... However the busted plug was in site of the two technician's while they were performing the AVR test... Currently I am waiting to hear back from the GM of the dealership in hopes this can be resolved. Currently with Chris's in ability to trouble shoot I recommend going to any other dealership to have work done.

Was referred here by autobye and looks like they have some sort of contact. But autobye appraisal was more of a scam to get us here. Re Appraisal was almost 4k less . Shame on Jonker Honda to use such tactics.
