The service costs are ridiculous. Last year they quoted $1000 to replace rollers on a door of my Odyssey which took me 1/2 hr using genuine Honda $50 part. Now they provided $7,000 estimate to fix vibration of the steering wheel. It turned out the only problem was faulty tire and simple change totally solved the problem. I am convinced overcharging is done on purpose to maximize profit. Find another car shop.

Very thorough and good service. The only strange thing I noticed was my radio station changed which is more of a lol than anything. Don’t like my music? :P
